Cancellation Policy
A cancellation must be in writing and sent to cifinfo@carib-export.com the subject line clearly stating: “Cancellation - GUEST NAME – CIF 2023”.
Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a USD 100 administrative fee until September 15, 2023, for full conference passes only.
Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from September 16, 2023 through October 5, 2023; the USD 100 administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable portion. Cancellations received after October 5, 2023 are nonrefundable.
For cancellations due to Visa Denials, please e-mail: cifinfo@carib-export.com denial must be submitted for processing). Any ticket purchased after securing a complimentary ticket is not eligible for a refund.
